No more Diesel.
We regret to inform you that we have lost our main British Blue Stock Bull Black N Blue Diesel. Due to an unfortunate accident doing what he loved to do in the middle of a field of cows we had to slaughter him.
We have a few straws left of him but are disappoined at losing him prematurely, as he was doing such a good job in the herd for us, not only in the odd show calf but also in the size and weight of his progeny and his 1st heifers are with the bulls and are going to be great big, long cow makers.

In a massive change of direction for the Jalex Herd 2 Belted Galloway cows have been purchased from Jane Smith's Whitepool Herd.
Whitepool Nicole and Whitepool Moondancer were both purchased at Jane's dispersal sale in Worcester May 2012.
The plan is to build up a small herd of Belties to run commercially, I have always had an interest in the Belted Galloway breed due to their appearance and easy fleshing capabilities. That and I am sure my 3 baby girls will love them.
